All Vida & Resorts complexes have an important social and leisure centre with some services common to all of them, such as: club house, healthcare services, shopping area and hotel services, and others which are specific to each depending on the specific needs of the residents.

All of them meet requirements with health and beauty activities and services, trained personnel and specially designed resources: social relations activities encouraging shared leisure and friendship among the residents, and cultural and entertainment activities which enable them to continue learning and enjoying hobbies and enthusiasms while benefiting from constant care.

The residents-only area offers different types of rooms for taking courses, workshops, Internet access, watching television, holding meetings, dancing, etc.

The reception and administration area of each complex makes a wide range of hotel-type services available to clients, making their lives easier and more comfortable: cleaning, catering, laundry, car hire, etc.
