Nordic Residencial
Vida & Resorts, together with the Norwegian group Selvaag, has created the company Nordic Residencial, S.L. (with a participation of 50 % by each) to develop homes with services for the Scandinavian senior citizens market, on the Mediterranean coast of Spain.
Alfaz del Sol is now in use: a residential complex in Alfaz del Pi, in a wonderful setting.
The Alfaz del Sol complex consists of 250 homes and a healthcare and leisure centre, so that residents can enjoy a true golden age.
The project is being developed in two phases. Delivery was made on the first phase in summer 2006, consisting of 153 homes and the services centre. The second phase is currently under construction, and consists of the remaining 97 homes.
The activity centre includes a restaurant, a café-bar and a service for home deliveries of food. The centre also offers a swimming pool, a tennis court and an area for playing bowls. There is a library and a classroom for courses and other activities.
There are also ergotherapy, physiotherapy and pedicure services, and a doctor’s office. As part of the offer, there are 8 places for rehabilitation and health care, for short or long-term stays. These services of care and attention are paid individually according to need.
