Legal formula

The legal model applied to the sale of Vida & Resorts complexes ensures that their values and principles will not change over time. It also preserves the unique features of the projects and guarantees the quality of services over the medium and long term.

The legal formula used in the complexes, “personal easement in gross”, enables us to offer a combination of homes with specific services and establish a personal condition for users (being aged over 55), preserving the current legal status.

The procedure for buying a home in one of our complexes is similar to that for a property purchase, but the buyer acquires an exclusive right to use of a home. This right of use can be inherited, transferred or sold, and is registered and entered in the Property Ownership Registry.
