We currently have 2 complexes in active use, both in privileged settings on the Costa Blanca: Santa Pola and Benidorm.

Santa Pola Life Resort I

200 homes, comprising bungalows and apartments with common landscaped and sports areas and an impressive social and leisure centre, with three restaurants, shopping centre, club house with library, theatre, medical and rehabilitation centre, Spa and fitness centre, etc.

In Gran Alacant, just 7 km from Alicante international airport, is Santa Pola Life Resort, on a plot of 85,000 m², in the style of a Mediterranean village, with bungalows and apartments.

Benidorm Vida & Golf

Benidorm Vida & Golf is located on a privileged site on the Poniente beach, next to Benidorm’s 9-hole golf course.

80 exclusive rental apartments with one or two bedrooms, high quality, accessible and with modern smart house installations, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the golf course and the Mediterranean.

The complex also offers a medical centre, restaurant, social club, hairdresser and a wide range of services for full enjoyment of your free time.

Future complexes

Altafulla Life Resort

Altafulla Life Resort is the first Vida & Resorts complex on the Costa Dorada and in Catalonia, developed together with Grupo Vicsan, a construction and services company of more than 25 years’ experience.

The complex is located in the heart of the Costa Dorada, 20 Km from Tarragona and 80 Km from Barcelona, and will have 300 homes and a large activity centre.

Altafulla Life Resort will be the leading complex of this type in Catalonia, offering a health care centre, spa and fitness, restaurants and a shopping centre, club house with theatre, library, meeting rooms, swimming pools, etc., all in the complex.
