Bancaja Viajes holidays: A telephone service providing information for the planning and booking all types of holidays. This service, which uses call centre technology, is equipped with 90 telephone lines and a team of more 50 telesales workers dedicated to the organisation of any type of trip to any place in the world. This call centre provides a service for Bancaja clients from all the bank's Spanish branches.
Bancaja Viajes Colectivos y Operaciones Especiales (Group Travel and Special Operations): A department specialised in the organisation of group trips. Services cover everything from company incentive trips to collective holidays. The service is run by a team of experienced, creative professionals with specialised knowledge of worldwide destinations and who are dedicated to the organisation of group trips.
Bancaja Viajes Corporate: A department that specialises in Business Travel for professionals and executives.
This division manages company accounts within Spain from the B.T.C. (Business Travel Centre). Equipped with the latest IT and technical resources, it has 20 telephone lines run by 12 operators.

Bancaja Viajes Incoming: Incoming tourism. This division specialises in Congresses and Conventions, as well as in the organisation of sporting events. Bancaja Viajes Incoming has a multilingual team capable of successfully handling all any request received from any part of the world.
We work closely with suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transport providers, official organisations), both locally and nationally, on operations that involve different cities.
