The Westin Valencia
Within the framework of its diversification policy and the search for synergies with other sectors, Bancaja Habitat is embarking on projects within the hotel sector.
The luxury five-star Westin Valencia hotel is the best example. It is promoted by the company Hotel Alameda Valencia S.L. (Bancaja Habitat and Promociones y Servicios Inmobiliarios Greco S.L.) and will be operated by Starwood Hotels under the Westin brand name. With investment costs of around 33 million euros, this hotel is set to become the most reputable in the city. The experience and leadership of Bancaja Habitat coupled with the solidity and prestige of Westin make this an opportunity not to be missed by either party. The project also involves contracting the services of various companies from the Valencia region and the rest of Spain.
The building dates back to 1917 and offers 135 rooms: 1 royal suite, 6 junior suites, 4 executive suites and 124 rooms with an average size of 43 square metres. The building has undergone two years of construction work, and the hotel’s inauguration is finally due to be held in September. After this date, guests at this Art Deco style hotel will be able to enjoy the interior garden, personalised service, an exclusive 850 metre spa, select restaurants and entertainment and leisure options to cater for all tastes.
