
Structure
The structure is designed with reinforced concrete pillars and beams with 30cm thick, one-way waffle slabs and a concrete arch.
The façade is made of a GRC Stud-Frame pre-fabricated panel by PREINCO S.A. with sprayed polyurethane foam thermal/acoustic insulation, an air chamber and plaster partitions reinforced with 7 cm thick glass fibre Panel System de Tabiquería 2000, for efficient heat insulation.
