Structure
Reinforced concrete, according to the project in accordance with Spanish Structural Concrete Regulations (EHE) and other standards and regulations.
Façade:
Façade materials: cavity wall, with facing brick stretcher course to clad the exterior, according to project design, thermal and acoustic insulation cavity, closed by laminated plasterboard mounted on metal profiles. Insulating double glazing with air chamber.
Roofs
Sloping roofs with mixed tiles.
Flooring
The kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and terraces have high quality ceramic floor tiles. Choice of two finishes.
High quality ceramic floor tiles are used as the general flooring of the residences, with skirting boards in the same material.
On the stairs, polished Spanish marble steps.
Tiling
The kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets are tiled up to the false ceiling with high quality ceramic wall tiles. Choice of two finishes.

Exterior carpentry
Exterior carpentry in lacquered aluminium, double glazing, compact system aluminium roller blinds integrated into the carpentry in the living room and bedrooms.

Interior carpentry
Reinforced access door, with panoramic spyhole, three-point deadbolt security lock and security hinges.
Interior carpentry in high quality smooth veneer. Approved fittings and handles. Frames covered with MDF edges and mouldings and varnish finish.
Modular built-in wardrobes with shelf and hanging bar, smooth doors with a similar finish to the carpentry, internal melamine covering.
Electrical installations
Installed in accordance with standards and Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations for medium level electrification.
Antenna installation
Collective aerial for TV and FM and satellite dish. Sockets in the living room, master bedroom and terrace.
Exterior Painting
Exterior façade finished in coloured cement according to project design.
Interior Painting
Emulsion paint in a soft colour
Flat plaster false ceiling in kitchen, bathroom and passages, except in bathrooms with air conditioning mechanism, where the false ceiling will be removable. In other rooms, finished plaster.
Communal services
Gardens with watering and lighting systems.
Communal swimming pool for adults and children.
Other installations
Plumbing:
Hot and cold running water installations chased in, with PEX multilayer tubing.
Water tap in garden.
Central heating:
Natural gas installation.
Complete central heating system composed of mixed boiler, radiators and thermostat.
Domotics:
Domotic management system with control of installations (intruders, lighting) extensible according to clients’ needs. Anti-intruder alarm system connected to approved security company, connection included.
Telephone installation in accordance with regulations and communal telecommunications infrastructures. Sockets in the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and bedroom.
