Structure, walls, pergola and roofing
Structure consisting of reinforced concrete foundations, with flooring slabs made of one way concrete joists resting on structural block walls, with ventilation air space.
The enclosure walls consist of thermo-clay (heat and sound insulation) ceramic blocks faced on the inside with plaster and finished on the outside with cement rendering plus stone paint. Interior walling made of thermo-clay blocks and ceramic bricks 7cm thick faced on both sides with projected plaster and/or tiling.
Pergola on balcony made of pine wood beams with weathering treatment.
The roofing is formed of mixed ceramic tile sloping skirts. Non-trafficable upper terrace, for housing outdoor machinery for aid conditioning.
Floors and covering
The floor of the house consists of 33 x 33 cm. single-fired stoneware tiles, top quality rustic style with coloured mortar joint both on inside and terrace. Includes skirting board of same material.
In the bathrooms the floor is paved. Porcelanic stoneware.
The inside of the house is painted with smooth finish plastic paint in soft tones. The kitchen has top quality 10x10 cm. ceramic tiles fitted in soft tones. In bathrooms, top quality 20x30 cm tiles up to a height of 1.50m, with perimeter trim. The rest is rough-rendered with plastic paint, all in light shades.
The ceiling can be opened in the main bathroom (one bedroom properties)or in the second bathroom (more than one bedroom properties), for inspection of the interior installations air-conditioning apparatus and water tank. Smooth plaster in secondary bathrooms, corridor and upper part of kitchen furnishings.
Exterior carpentry
The sliding windows are made of coloured lacquered aluminium, with thermal break insulation. Double glazing with colourless glass 5/6/4mm, with air space, housing aluminium profile as square panes in windows of kitchen-living room and bedroom. Shutter-type Mallorquina blinds of coloured lacquered aluminium, with fixed slats, sliding in the kitchen and toilet windows and swinging in kitchen-dining rooms and bedroom.
The main access door is made of solid pine, walnut-stained, semi-circular arch, decorated in groove and tongue-fitted board with safety lock and anti-leverage hinges.
Interior carpentry
Sliding doors in the main bathroom.
Interior doors and wardrobe doors pine wood, walnut stained. The wardrobes are fitted with lined frames and frame covers lined on the inside with melaminic boards. Brass-plated carpentry fittings.
Plumbing and sanitation
The hot and cold water plumbing installations. PVC drains system.
In the bathrooms both the washbasin and the toilet are suspended and made of white glazed porcelain, top quality with stopcocks in bathrooms and kitchen. Toilet with cistern fitted in wall, with partial and full discharge buttons. Extra-flat acrylic shower dish. Top quality chrome-plated mixer tap fittings in washbasin and shower. Electrical water tank for individual washing hot water with 80l. capacity.

- Delivered according to the new electro-technical regulation of low tension.
