Façades, internal walls and insulation
Façade: a combination of facing brick with continuous cladding, thermal and acoustic cavity wall insulation and internal finish of plasterboard on metal profiles.
Internal walls of plasterboard panels.

Roofs
Flat roofs, some traffic-bearing and some not.
Sloping roofs with roof tiles.

Finishes and ceilings (kitchens and bathrooms)
Kitchens, bathrooms and toilets will be tiled up to the false ceiling with top quality ceramic tiles, to choose between two finishes.
False ceiling of flat plaster in kitchen and bathroom, and modular removable ceiling where the air conditioning is housed.

Finishes and ceilings (other rooms)
False ceiling on the ground and first floors.
Flat emulsion paint on the walls, to choose between two finishes, white and pastel colour, and white ceilings.

Flooring
Kitchens, bathrooms and toilet floors will be tiled with top quality ceramic tiles, with a choice of two finishes.
The remaining flooring will be top quality ceramic tiles on the ground floor and wooden floors on the first floor.
Terraces with top quality ceramic tiles.

Exterior fittings:
Exterior fittings in aluminium, integrated compact system aluminium blinds in the living room and bedrooms.
Insulating double glazing with air chamber. Where necessary, 5+5 security glass will be used.
Railings according to the project design.

Interior fittings:
Security front door with fish-eye peephole, security locks with three fixing points and anti-leverage hinges.
Interior carpentry in top quality wood veneer. Door furniture to standard. Door and window frames in varnished veneered MDF, to choose from two finishes.
Modular type built-in cupboards with shelf and hanging rail, flush doors finished like the carpentry, interior clad in melamine.

Sanitary ware and taps
Hot and cold water installations in the house according to standards.
Water tap in garden.
White bathroom suites from top brands.
In the master bathroom, washbasin set into furniture unit.
Monoblock taps in kitchen and bathrooms.
Heated towel rail in master bathroom.

Air conditioning and heating
Complete air-conditioning and space heating installation, consisting of heat pump, air ducts, machine circuits, inflow and outflow grilles, and ducting for electricity lines, with independent controls on each floor.
Central heating installation consisting of boiler, pipes, radiators and thermostat in the living room.

Electricity
Chased in electric circuits according to standards and REBT (Low voltage electrotechnical Spanish regulation) for high voltage.

Telecommunications
Telephone installation and IT according to standards. The house has a telephone line installed and pre-activated with line subscription included, which can be activated within 24 hours on request by the owner by calling a free number.
Shared TV and FM antenna and satellite dish.
Entry phone.
TV and telephone points in living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

Domotics
Security system via radio with computerised control panel, GSM communications, magnetic detector for the door, two photo-volumetric detectors and user’s manual.
Includes 9 free months’ connection by GSM communications, total coverage (does not need phone line).
Various connection modes to personalise the desired security level of the house (see system manual).

Energy savings
Solar panels for supplying hot water according to state regulations on energy savings.
