Reinforced structural concrete, according to the project, EHE (current Spanish Structural Concrete code of practice) and other applicable standards.

Façades, internal walls and insulation

Façade: a combination of facing brick with continuous cladding, thermal and acoustic cavity wall insulation and internal finish of plasterboard on metal profiles.

Flat emulsion paint on the walls, to choose between two finishes, white and pastel colour, and white ceilings.

Kitchens, bathrooms and toilet floors will be tiled with top quality ceramic tiles, with a choice of two finishes.

The remaining flooring will be top quality ceramic tiles on the ground floor and wooden floors on the first floor.
