Foundations and structure
• Reinforced concrete will be used to create the foundations and structure as stated in the project and complying with current legislation.

Façade
• The façade enclosures will be in caravista ceramic brick with cavity and insulation.
The exterior carpentry will be in coloured aluminium with 4+6+4 cm colourless glass double glazing.
Imitation stone gutters.
• Electric aluminium blinds in the lounge and bedrooms.

Brickwork
Interior distribution with Pladur, Knauff or similar partition walls, insulation and metallic profiles.
• Mock ceilings continue the theme inside the property.
• The vertical faces and ceilings will be painted with high quality plastic paint.
• Sloping ceramic tiled roof.
• Walls separating residences from communal zones with Pladur, Knauff or similar brick panelling.

Flooring and Coverings
• High quality porcelain flooring throughout the interior of the property, including the bathroom and kitchen, provided by PORCELANOSA group.
• The bathrooms will be finished in high quality tiles manufactured by PORCELANOSA group.
• The terraces, external stairs and corridors granting access to the properties are all fabricated with ceramic slip-proof floor tiles.
• Slatted imitation ceilings in the covered terraces and hallways.

Interior carpentry and ironwork
• Interior doors of chipboard with beech wood overlay.
• The main door to the property is reinforced with dead bolt lock and security hinges.
• Bedrooms possess built-in wardrobes with shelves and hanging bar and lined interior.
• Aluminium profile banisters.
• All interior iron fittings, handles, bolts and washers will be aluminium.

Bathrooms

• The private residential complex has a communal area with garden and swimming pool.

• Amounts paid in cash or by assets, as well as the accrued interest, are insured by a bank guarantee or insurance policy in accordance with the terms stated in the Law 57/68 of July 27th, in relation with the Law 8/2004, October 20th of the Valencia Regional Government Office for Land and Housing, and the guarantor being: Segurval, Grupo Bancaja, which subcontracts the company Asefa S.A.
