Facades, brickwork and insulation
• The facade’s finishing: double sheet, with 6” hollow bricks covering the exterior, thermal-insulated air cavity finished with a laminated plaster panel fitted against metal sections.
• Internal brick-work using laminated plaster panels.
• Mortar and painted rough stone exterior facade finishings, according to the project’s design.
• Double glazing featuring an insulating air cavity.

Roofing
• Accessible flat roofing and sloped roofing finished with slates.

Floors and walls
• In kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and terrace, with top quality ceramic tiles by Porcelanosa.
• Ground floor in porcelain stoneware floor tiles, first floor and attic in oak floorboards.
Equipment
• Vitro-ceramic hob with touch control.
• Built-in electric oven and microwave in column formation, with stainless steel finish.
• Decorative extractor hood, stainless steel.
• Installations ready for refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
Other rooms
• Visible plaster panelling on ceilings and false ceilings in halls and dining-room.
• Smooth plastic paint in neutral colours on plaster panels, plaster and laminated plaster panels – choice of two colours.
• High quality ceramic floor tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and terraces.
• The property’s flooring will be of earthenware porcelain floor tiles on the ground floor and floating beech, oak or cherry floorboards on the first floor and attic.

Exterior fittings:
• Security front door in green lacquered steel, with fish-eye peephole, security locks with three fixing points and anti-leverage hinges.

• Plain interior fittings in top quality oak wood veneer, with the mesh placed horizontally. Chrome door furniture to standard. Architraves with frames and mouldings in veneered MDF, varnished finish.
• Modular type built-in cupboards with shelf and hanging rail, flush doors finished like the carpentry, interior in melamine.

Bathroom fittings and taps
Plumbing
• Installation of hot and cold running water in all properties, as per current regulations.
• Installation of a gas-powered boiler for heating and hot domestic water.
• Water outlet on ground floor terraces.
Sanitary ware and taps
• Bathroom fittings in white from top brands by Porcelanosa, 160x75 cm shower in master bathroom.
• In master bathroom, Segovia washbasin on reconstituted marble counter and designer furniture unit, model Urbe by Porcelanosa.
• Monobloc taps in bathrooms and kitchen. Thermostatic tap in shower of master bathroom.

Installations
Air conditioning
• Air conditioning installed throughout.
Heating
• Gas radiator heating system installed throughout the property.
• Heated towel rail in bathrooms.

Electricity, communications and Domotics
Electricity
• Electrical installations meet all current regulations and REBT (Electro-technical Regulation for Low Tension) for higher voltage.
Telecommunications
• Telephone installation according to current regulations and ICT (Communal Telecommunications Infrastructure). Outlets in dinning-room, master bedroom, attic and kitchen.
• Communal TV and FM antenna with outlets in the living-room, master bedroom, attic, ground floor terrace and kitchen, and reserve out-lets in other bedrooms.
