Estructura

Foundation and structure

• The foundation and structure will be of reinforced concrete according to the plan and complying with current legislation.

Fachada

Façade

• The building walls will comprise ceramic brick, an insulated and lined air cavity with Pladur or similar type partitioning.

• Decorative brick and painted cement walls finished according to the criteria of the supervising architect.

• External joinery will be of coloured, lacquered aluminium with wooded slatted shutters and double glazing with Climalit type clear glass, 4+6+4 cm in thickness.

Albañilería

Brickwork

• The interior layout will consist of Pladur or similar type partitioning with acoustic insulation and metal sections.

• Walls separating residences will be double brick with interior lining and Pladur or similar panelling.

• The ceilings will be plastered with cavities where necessary.

• Installation access points will be undertaken by means of Pladur or similar panels.

• The flashing will be limestone.

Pavimentos

Flooring and cladding

• The house flooring will consist of ceramic stoneware floor tiles and a skirting board of the same material.

• In the bathrooms finest quality ceramic tiles will be used for the tiling.

• Non-slip stoneware ceramic floor tiles will be laid on terraces and outdoor steps.

• Finest quality smooth plastic paint on ceilings and walls.

Carpintería interior

Interior joinery and locks

• Blind, smooth, interior doors of particle board with an oak veneer and varnished.

• Reinforced sheet metal exterior door with safety lock and anti-lever hinges.

• Built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, particle board lined inside and hanging rod.

• Metal sections will be used for the banisters.

• The metalwork on the carpentry will be brass or stainless steel.

• Roca or similar brand enamelled porcelain bathroom fittings (Bellavista or similar from Keraben).

• Mixer taps of the Grohetec brand or similar.
