Reinforced concrete, in accordance with project specifications, EHE (regulations on concrete structures) and any other applicable regulations.

Flooring
In kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and terraces: top quality ceramic tiles, with two choices of finish.
Within the rest of the home: top quality ceramic tiles.

Tiling
The kitchens, bathrooms and toilets will be tiled up to the level of the false roof, with top quality ceramic tiling and border to be chosen from two different finishes.

Top brand-name white bathroom suites.

Taps
Mixer taps in bathrooms and kitchens.

Kitchen
Furnished with both high and low fittings from top brands.
Spanish granite worktop.

In the main bathroom, washbasin set into marble counter.

Exterior carpentry
Security door with peephole, three-point security lock and security hinges.
External fittings in lacquered aluminum, double-glazing, aluminum blinds with insulated slats in living rooms and bedrooms, integrated compactly into the joinery.
Double-glazed windows, Climalit brand or similar.
Steel/aluminum banisters, according to the project design.

Interior carpentry
Smooth veneered interior joinery in top quality wood. Standardized ironwork and handles. Frames decorated with grooving and moldings in veneered MDF with a varnished finish.
Fitted modular wardrobes with shelf and rail, smooth doors in keeping with the style of the joinery, melamine covering on the interior.

Electric appliances
Electrical fittings in compliance with REBT (Low Tension Electricity Regulations).

Aerials
Communal TV and FM aerial, and satellite dish.
Sockets in living room, master bedroom and terrace, and reserve socket in second bedroom.

Exterior finish
Facade walls: double construction, with half-foot brick on the exterior, thermal-acoustic insulation, and laminated plaster panel mounted on metal sections.
The exterior facade is finished in colored mortar according to the project design.

Interior finish
Plaster skimming on ceilings and flat plasterwork on passageways.
Smooth plastic paint in soft colors on the walls and white on the roofs.

Communal services
Ample garden areas with lighting and watering system.
Installation of a communal pool for adults and children.
Sports area: two paddle courts.

Other installations
Attic terraces with private solariums.
Water supply in ground floor terraces and attic solariums.
