Investors have been alerted to the choice of property in the Costa del Sol village of La Mairena.
Property portal Homesgofast.com said that there are a number of factors - including its proximity to Marbella and the golf course that can be found there - which make the village a top option for people looking to buy a home in Spain.
The website described the community as "one of the hottest places for Spanish property seekers" and highlighted the "tranquil hills" that can be experienced in such a "beautiful setting".
And with the beach and the Mediterranean Sea not too far away, it is evident that La Mairena offers variety to those looking to purchase overseas property in Spain.
Last week, Easier reported that many investors are drawn to the Costa del Sol because of the numerous golf courses in the area.
