The company responsible for the race's organisation, Valmor Sports, and the organisers of Motor Box Experience – the sports complex associated with the Grand Prix located in the Valencia Fair - will increase their accommodation vacancies on the Valencian fairgrounds for those who obtained one of the 9,000 new tickets placed on sale to attend the first Formula 1 European Grand Prix.
Those interested in purchasing the package can do so in any one of Bancaja's Servientrada point of sale, or in any El Corte Inglés shopping centre throughout Spain. With this option, the company wanted ticket holders to be able to acquire the accommodations package from anywhere in the world, because if they’re searching for accommodation, they obviously come from abroad and cannot do so directly.
With this measure, the organisers can serve the significant demand aroused among national fans to attend this Grand Prix, while at the same time making sure that accommodations are available in the city of Valencia from August 21 to the 25 – days for which practically all hotels within the region have already hung their “no vacancies” signs.
This camping accommodations offer is currently reserved only for those who purchased the Motor Box Experience package: for 395 euros it includes tickets to the race in grandstands T21 and T22; camping accommodations in the Valencia Fair; free access to the motor leisure area also located on the fairgrounds; along with advantageous prices in acquiring concert tickets for touring artists, which will take place from August 21 to the 24 in the Valencia Fair's pavilion 5. The package can be acquired through Bancaja Viajes, El Corte Inglés, Marsans and Halcón Viajes.
Valencia Fair features camping grounds in a wide, covered space that will allow campers to enjoy all of the following comforts: air-conditioning, parking, food services, personal hygiene infrastructures, etc. In addition, the grounds offer perfect access to the city of Valencia through the public bus, tram and metro transportation services.
